La finalidad del presente estudio fue analizar en un espacio geográfico determinando (área de Quepos) los recursos físicos con el propósito de elaborar un plan maestro para su ordenamiento. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de los aportes que los estudios socio-económicos pueden establecer para el cumplimento de los objetivos propuestos.
SUMMARY
The main purpose of the present study was to analyze in a determined geographic space (the Quepos area), its physical resources for the purpose of elaborating a master plan for resource management. This study in no way minimizes the contributions of the social-economic studies in the accomplishment of the proposed objectives.
