This document shows the results of the study conducted at the School of Library, Documentation and Information of the National University of Costa Rica with undergraduate students and graduates of the career of librarianship and documentation. The proposal is based on the theoretical study, the analysis of the applied curriculum, the principles of the pedagogical model of the National University and the curricular management of the School during the last four years.
