With great pleasure we deliver this year's Library Journal, which is an instrument of scientific communication that aims to share experiences constructed together academic, research, knowledge, ideas and problems to solve.
In this issue of the Bulletin includes the speech of Mr. Rector of the Universidad Nacional in the Central American Seminar on the Manifestos of IFLA / UNESCO Public Library, School and the Internet, a history-making event in the development of librarianship in the country, for being the first IFLA meets in Costa Rica. It highlights the work done by the School of Library, Documentation and Information and emphasizes the importance of holding this event and manifests that invite and guide the librarians and bibliotecólogas, teamwork, team and are in the way that knowledge can travel into the future and beyond.
