To the extent that information and communication society grows, experienced growth of information sources in different media. We live in a society marked by technology, so there is a need to develop tools that allow better use of information.
Given the merits of the case and considering the importance of value and know the amount and quality of information which houses the National Archive of Costa Rica, the overall objective of this research is to make a printed reference work, the three files that provide information to the public, Historical Archives, File Intermediate and Notarial archives. In order to facilitate access to information and strengthen the outreach has been doing the National Archives through its publications, exhibitions and other activities related to publicize their funds.
