It analyzes the relationship of the human being with the development of an information society, so much so that all sectors of daily life: finance, leisure, health, education, among others, are currently immersed in information technology and telecommunications. Reference is also made to the limited useful and independent use of technologies to address the control to which they have been subjected by different governments, analysing real and effective democracy in the domain of communications.
