Topics of final graduation of Bachelor's degree in Library Science and Documentation

This document contains a brief summary and the main objectives proposed in three investigations. These were developed for the final work of graduation in order to opt for the bachelor's degree in Librarianship and Documentation. These investigations correspond to: Strategic alliances between the Public Library of Puriscal and the Library Darío Flores Hernández, as well as, Study and training of users as customers of Sistema de Información para las Artes de la Universidad Nacional and finally, The services of specialized information to support the business intelligence; a study based on the large industry of Costa Rica.
