The picture you have is difficult to face in a world of giant steps where the advancement of technology is seen every day. The problems presented by documentary information units such as budget, personnel and physical space, in addition to a leading user in the management of Internet and the amount of Information that is available is a challenge that the current librarian must challenge, in a world of changes.
