Abstract

The pedagogical practices developed by teachers and students have, most frequently, faced new challenges, especially when it comes to explaining, with a critical sense, certain social expressions and emerging demands that arise within educational settings; hence, there is a need to expand the traditional theoretical references that until now have given meaning to education and pedagogy and promote "a new reflection" in light of the new historical-cultural, political, and school contexts in particular.
