Abstract

Contemporary education must be characterized within pedagogical practice by its curricular structure, by its methodological development and integration of the contents (knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values) and by experiences that facilitate a more reflective and critical understanding of reality. Hence, the need arises for an education that trains "unfragmented" individuals and prepares them for a permanent education.
