Abstract

Talking about food and eating is talking about life, human history through a daily activity that, beyond obtaining the substances required to live, is one of the main tasks by means of which human beings manage to satisfy and manifest their feelings, emotions and traditions, their culture; it is enjoying a certain quality of life.
