Much has been said and written on the subject of leadership. This essay does not intend to take the role of a manual (of those studies that abound in bookstores) to turn readers into leaders, nor is it organizational training material for the formation of leaders. Rather, it is an invitation to reflect, a proposal to look at the subject from one's own perspective to take ownership, not of the concept, but of the action.
