Abstract

Thanks to Humanity's effort to accelerate the development of its knowledge in all fields and its technological capabilities, communication technologies have experienced an astonishing diversification and expansion in the last century. This has facilitated not only the exchange of knowledge between different sectors of the world population, but also collaboration for the development of complex commercial relationships, despite the diversity of cultures and social conditions that characterize this population.
