Abstract

Se seleccionan los reportes correspondientes a los efectos de deslizamientos e inundaciones para la década 1999 al 2009. Se analiza esta incidencia por provincias y cantones, situándose estos impactos tanto en el marco de referencia  municipal y de planes reguladores así como en el contexto físico natural y su asocio a las transformaciones espaciales debidas a las condiciones actuales de uso y cambios de ocupación de la tierra.
