Abstract

Diante das discussões acerca do aquecimento global e das mudanças climáticas, muitas negociações a nível internacional tem sido relevantes, tendo em vista as conseqüências oriundas da emissão de gases de efeito estufa. A emissão desses gases em grande escala provoca uma situação de aumento gradativo na temperatura média da superfície terrestre, intensificando o efeito estufa, que consiste em um fenômeno natural que, por meio da concentração de gases de efeito estufa (GEEs) na atmosfera.
