Análisis del comportamiento de la ventana anabólica en personas físicamente activas: Revisión Bibliográfica

El propósito de esta revisión fue, en primer lugar, determinar si hay constancia en la literatura científica acerca de la existencia de una ventana anabólica de oportunidad alrededor de las sesiones de entrenamiento, gracias a la cual se puede mejorar las adaptaciones musculares de hipertrofia y fuerza mediante la ingesta de nutrientes durante un periodo de tiempo determinado. En segundo lugar, se pretendía conocer si existe un tiempo limitado de acción de dicha ventana anabólica y, finalmente, analizar las recomendaciones nutricionales adecuadas en los periodos cercanos a las sesiones de entrenamiento expuestas en los distintos trabajos científicos. La búsqueda de información para este trabajo se ha llevado a cabo mediante los buscadores Pubmed (en inglés), Dialnet y Google académico (en castellano). Los criterios de selección aplicados fueron los siguientes: los artículos debían tener relación directa con el entrenamiento y los participantes en los estudios debían ser individuos sanos sin ninguna patología. Los estudios analizados presentan resultados dispares y contradictorios, por lo que resulta complicado determinar la existencia o no de la ventana anabólica y su tiempo de actuación.Referências
