This research seeks to make an analysis of the theoretical elements and
methodological procedures used during the “Communication and Writing” course
of the Secretarial Business School majors from a b-learning methodology to
promote a good writing process. The results of the investigation determine that
the methodology of virtual classrooms favors the development of meaningful
learning for students with activities such as forums, wikis, and tasks.
