Abstract

This research focused on analyzing the dissemination actions for a sustainable university management promoted by the Secretarial School in the career of commercial education, 2015-2016. Specifically, it sought to: a) diagnose the disclosure resources that encourage an increase in the number of students of the major, b) to determine the disclosure alternatives that the Secretarial School has with respect to the major and C) design a model of monitoring and control of strategic actions in support of the dissemination processes of the target-major. One of the most  significant results was the urgent need to promote processes of management, production, socialization and training oriented to improve the quality of personal and professional life of all the architects of the University process (teachers, learners and administrators). This was possible due to a deep investigation of field, where the voices of the actors in the process of educational management (outside and inside the University scene) were analyzed.
