The main purpose of the research is to analyze the experiences of the professors of Administración de Oficinas career at the Universidad Nacional, Campus Sarapiquí, regarding the implementation of technological tools under the modality of virtual presenciality. The research corresponds to a quantitative exploratory and descriptive study, through an online survey, working with the entire population. As results, it is determined that there is knowledge and
domain of the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) by the academics, it is identified that the use of these tools facilitates work, promotes
collaboration and inclusion, increases the student interest and motivation, and represent an important resource to improve teaching. The most used technology platforms are Zoom (100%), WhatsApp (91.7%), email (75%), Microsoft Teams (58%) and Meet (58%). It is concluded that the teachers have technological competences suitable for the development of pedagogical processes and for the implementation of various technological tools in the virtual classroom setting; and the importance of following up on the results generated due to the changes in the teaching modality in pandemic times, due to the transformation that these can permanently bring in university education.
