This current issue 97.2 of our International Relations Journal gathers a diversity of topics of the international agenda, with a particular interest in the realities of our seas and oceans, in line with the Journal's mission to contribute to the academic discussion, with spaces of rigor and scientific nature for people belonging to academia and society in general, interested in the knowledge and discussion of these important issues. The management of marine resources, the resolution of territorial disputes and the implementation of international law are crucial aspects that require a multidisciplinary approach and cooperative dynamics among nations. Considering the upcoming World Ocean Summit in 2025, it is imperative to recognize that cooperation and conflict are paramount to the discipline of International Relations, due to their impact on global security, economy and sustainability.
