Abstract

This paper consists of four parts, develops updated so the reach of the Montreal Protocol and its amendments, the secondexamines the implications of the Beijing Amendment, followed by an analysis of the impact it has had the Montreal Protocolfor the country. Finally the implementation of the Protocol and its amendments in our country is reviewed and implementation considerations has resulted in the development of the country’s environmental policy are added.
