Abstract

This article describes the social, politicaland economic changes thattook place between 1990 and 2000, and their impact in shaping contemporaryglobal society are analyzed.This analytical framework allows torefer to the risks of the studied, suchas totalitarianism and subjectivisteconomist irrationalism transformations,while delving into considerationsome development trends andglobal challenges. The perspectiveof the text is typical of the philosophyof history applied to the shapingof international relations.
