Abstract

One of the main challenges facing internationalstudies in Latin America is the clarificationof issues related to global economic systems;which must adapt to new realities thatwill allow developing countries to formulate astrategy more lucid and active that today’s internationalintegration because over the yearsthe outer inclusion of Latin American countriesplayed an important role in their developmentprocesses.

Luciano Tomassini

Luciano Tomassini (1935-2010). Fue un académico, investigador, abogado y Másteren Ciencias Políticas. Además, fue consultor externo de la presidencia del Banco Interamericanode Desarrollo (BID), fue Senior Research Fellow de The Royal Instituteof International Affairs y London School of Economics and Political Science y dirigióel Programa de Gobierno y Asuntos Públicos de FLACSO.
