Abstract

Trade liberalization is part of what LatinAmerica persues as economic development.It is also necessary to generate increased revenuestreams that would not only develop theinternational market but also local and this iswhere We should analyze the possible effectsof imports and exports in the region.

Paul Löwenthal (1936). Investigador y profesor, además de estudiar economía en laUniversidad Católica de Lovania (UCL). Trabajó los derechos económicos y socialesante la Liga de los Derechos Humanos y Amnistía Internacional Bélgica Francófona(1995-2007), fue investigador (1963) y profesor de la UCLy las Facultades de la Universidad Católica de Mons (1970-1971).Profesor, Universidad Católica de Lovaina, Bélgica.
