Temas de Nuestra América, Revista de Estudios Latinoamericanos is a permant scholarly journal of the Institute of Latin American Studies of the Universidad Nacional, Costa Rica, with international projection and supported by the EUNA publishing house. It is published every half-year, under the EUNA imprint. The journal is available in paper and digital version, and it is gathered in databases and indexes relevant to its object of study.
Temas de Nuestra América, Revista de Estudios Latinoamericanos is aimed at the dissemination of academic research papers and essays on the Latin American reality. The transversal axis that calls for the meeting of artists, writers, researchers and teachers is the Latin American thought, focused on the topics that uphold the academic work of IDELA: identities, culture, human development and human rights in Latin America. Temas de Nuestra América, Revista de Estudios Latinoamericanos strives to be a meeting point for critical and committed thought from the complexity of Latin American realities to share, reflect and discuss Nuestra America [Our America].
This journal's target audience is the national and international community of researchers, students, people linked to undergraduate and graduate careers and the broad public interested in the field of Latin American Studies.
