Abstract

Like with all art, literature stems from the need to express and communicate something; but I wonder: who has the right to dream? Who has the right to express themselves freely? Is it good that, in a society such as Latin America, and Costa Rica in particular, only a few people can afford to do so? This essay proposes a reflection on this topic.
