A relative length-frequency study and percentage of fres meat, in Colorado de Abangares, Costa Rica, from April 1984 to March 1985, showed that in A. grandis there are two age group per year. The asymoptotic total length (L ∞ ) and weight (W ∞) were 139,144mm. and 1.112,024g., respectively. Mean meat percentage was estimated at 10,39%
