El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue establecer un protocolo que permitiera tener acceso a las células madre de origen adiposo equinas en Costa Rica. Para alcanzar este objetivo, se extrajo el tejido adiposo quirúrgicamente de la zona abaxial proximal de la cola.
Abstract
The principal objective of this investigation was to establish a protocol that gave us acces to equine adipose derived stem cells in Costa Rica. To achieve this goal, the adipose tissue was extracted from the proximal abaxial zone in the base of the trail.
